The Clear Blue Sky
Perhaps it should be known as a wonder of the world.
It has fascinated millions, every boy and girl.
It always makes us happy to see that clear blue sky,
Whether the bright blue of day or the dark blue of night.
But why is it blue?
Why not red or green?
Perhaps the choice of it's creator?
That's the way it seems.
It has the stars for it's jewels,
The sun and moon for it's light.
Deep thought about these things fills our hearts with great delight.
What would be there without the beautiful sky?
Would it make us happy, curious, or filled with terrible fright?
